• Dedicated Greeter (one per flight – up to 4 passengers)
• Immigration Assistance
• Luggage Assistance (3 Check-in bags + 1 Hand Carry bag)

For any amendments less than 24 hours, there is a surcharge of SGD 16.

For last minute booking less than 24 hours, there is a surcharge of SGD 25. Service subject to availability.
For meet-and-greet between 23:00 to 07:00, there is a surcharge of SGD 25.
For cancellation less than 48 hours, there is a full cancellation charges.
